Tucker at the Zoo

Tucker loves animals, so with the weather being so nice lately, Chris and I decided to take him to the zoo. We take him several times a year, but it has been several months so he probably doesn't remember any past visits. He loved the Elephants and Polar Bears the most. The Polar Bears were really active while we were there, which was fun, but he was a little too scared to get near the glass. Mostly, he just enjoyed being able to run around outside and look at all the other kids there. Daddy and Tucker looked at all the gross exhibits that Mommy didn't want to see, like the snakes!

Welcome Ellison Reese Wilson

Our neice and her husband, Kriston and Jason Wilson, welcomed their little girl, Ellison Reese, last week. She was born on January 7 at 3:13 pm and weighed 6 lbs and 6 oz. She is such a blessing to Kriston and Jason as they have waited a long time for her arrival. Chris, Tucker and I can not wait to meet her. Unfortunately, she lives in Knoxville so we will have to wait until her parents bring her to Memphis to show her off.

Christmas Part 1

Tucker did a lot of fun things this Christmas. These are pictures taken from Grannie's camera and as soon as I get the pictures from Chris's camera, I will post more.

He loved the Collierville Town Sqaure as it was decorated for Christmas. He loves going there anyway because of the trains they have, but he especially loves it at Christmas time.

Every year since I was pregnant with Tucker, we have gone to the Germantown Baptist Church "Christmas Experience." It is a lot of fun. They have games and prizes for the children and a living Nativity program with live camels, horses, sheep, goats and even a donkey.

Tucker really got into Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer this year. He watched the TV program over and over again and his face immediately lit up when he saw anything having to do with Rudolph. We even saw a deer on the way home from Grannie's house and he said "That's Rudolph. Hi, Rudolph!" So he loved it when Kim, Grannie and Be dressed him as his favorite reindeer.

ICE!

Chris and I went to Nashville last weekend for the Titans vs. Browns game. While we were there, we went and saw ICE! at Opryland. It was very neat, although it was not quite as good as I thought it would be. But it is the last year they are having it, so we felt like we should go. These pictures were taken with Chris's phone, so they aren't the best.
