Another Snow Day!

Memphis got hit with some very unexpected snow on Monday. I woke to find a text message from my sister saying the schools were closed. Sure enough, our neighborhood looked like a blizzard had taken place and I had no idea. I only wish it had been colder so it would have stuck around longer. Feeding snow to Crockett.

Tucker's first snowman. Christopher made fun of my snowman, even though he refused to help me with it. When I told him to make one better, he confessed he had never actually built a snowman. He just prefers to criticize mine.

Making snowcream for the first time. I called my mom the last time it snowed to find out how to make it. It was a fond memory from my childhood. The "snow" last time was mainly ice, so this snow was perfect for cream. Both Tucker and Chris agreed it was not good. I think I put too much vanilla and should not have used skim milk.
